Get the most out of your Mushk e Adan candles with these simple tips. Good care means a longer, cleaner, and more fragrant burn.
- First burn: Let your candle burn until the entire top layer of wax is fully melted, up to a maximum of four hours on the first use. This helps prevent tunneling and gives an even burn next time.
- Extinguish gently: Use a candle snuffer instead of blowing to put out the flame. This reduces smoke and prevents hot wax from splattering.
- Use the lid wisely: After each use, let the candle cool and then cover it with the wooden lid. This keeps dust away and helps preserve the scent.
- Clean leftover wax: Before each burn, gently clean any wax or residue from the inner walls of the jar. This supports an even melt pool and reduces tunneling.
- Trim the wick: Keep the wick around 6 mm before each burn. A short, trimmed wick burns cleaner, reduces soot, and helps your candle last longer.

Burn time depends on size, but smaller jars generally give around 20 hours, while medium jars can reach about 40–45 hours with proper care.
Trim the wick before each burn and remove any debris from the wax. This prevents black residue on the jar and keeps the flame controlled.
Stop burning when about 5 mm of wax remains at the bottom. This protects the glass from overheating and keeps usage safe.
